We’re looking for KIND, reasonable, easygoing families to join our Little Bear family.

We’re going to be completely honest: we are not for everyone, and that’s okay!

We’re a small, family-run, in-home daycare. Think Aunty Mel’s house, not a fancy-schmancy corporate childcare center.

I know our classroom looks fancy, but we are chill folks around here.

There will be messy play, big feelings, belly laughs, the occasional mismatched sock, and children being allowed to actually be children.

We’re looking for parents who understand that in-home childcare is a little different. We value trust, communication, common sense, mutual respect, and a little bit of flexibility.

If you’re looking for a highly structured, perfectly polished, rule-for-everything kind of environment where every tiny detail is monitored and documented like we’re running NASA… we’re probably not your people.

But if you want a warm, personal, laid-back environment where your child is genuinely known, loved, and treated like part of the family, then schedule a tour today!
